This initial cost is low if you are organised and can minimise the need for our help in uploading key documents.

Training is low cost if you have a competent person able to be taught the system.

We strive for long term partners. If we offer to refresh the system and you like the change we make to the latest version it will not cost you a penny.

It is in your interest to promote good ideas! However if you have a specific unique need for your business then our programmers will assist your development at pre-agreed rates.

You are welcome to participate in any development design.

You have comfort of ESCROW agreements and the pre-contract depositing of source codes and assess to your data in the event of unforeseen eventualities of any kind.

You retain access to your data for 7 years as detailed in our standard trading terms and conditions.
